I played the Friday night on a satellite and there were (I think) 94 people. I was snapped out of the cash. When they finally got down to the last 4, they were chopping a deal up with one another for something like 10K / each.

Yeah, I played in a satelite for one of them when I was there last month. I really wished it was a slightly lower buy-in beacusae I would have loved to get that type of "real", long term tourney experience in. $300+ buy-in was just out of my comfort level. If it had been $100, I'd have been all over it and probably for $200.

The tourney that ran that day lasted from noon and they were still playing 6-7 handed at 8:00 when I headed out with Sonny for the night. 45 minute blinds gives you some time to maneuver a bit.
If anyone wants to join me next Friday at the Peppermill in Reno....$300+30 Buy-in for that tourney. 9am registration so have to leave by about 7am.

On Sunday they have the $500+40
