BTW - he says to avoid that place for puprposes of playing. I don't remeber the exact quote but the "the dregs of Vegas" comes to mind. It caters to the low end of the Vegas poker equation.

I'm sure he'd love to see you (assuming you're planning a trip), but give him a call and you can hook up with him elsewhere. I have his c-number if you need it.

I have a buddy that is going in a few weeks. He plays at most of my softball poker games. He met him a couple times and just thought it would kewl to say "Hi". If I had the money to go to Vegas I would be playing in more of the higher buy-in games that BYOC has!!

Ya I work at excalibur in the poker room. We have a 1/3 NL game which is actually pretty juicy. I play there quite a bit because there's usually rediculous amounts of action (lots of tourists.)

Unfortunetly that is our highest level NL we have there. Our highest limit is only a 2-6 spread (sometimes 4/8 if theres interest.) Thats why I like to refer to the excalibur as the "K-mart of the strp," as it tends to cater to the lower end of things. And the type of people it attacts can be pretty trashy at times.

Who is it thats coming down here? Hit me up with a PM and I'll shoot you my cell #.
