I know. No reason to do so and I don't believe in censorship just because "I can". It's a public forum, thus avialable to anyone who has something to say.

I have no real issue with the announcement - just expressing my opinion regarding come-along spammers. Probably never hear from that poster again.

When she has anounced it 4 times and sent me a PM on the subject as well. Yes, it is a public forum, but shotgunning the forum is not cool.

Greetings

If the event posted more than once it was not intentional. I was just trying to find my way around! no intent to spam or mod or whatever you all said

Greetings

I am the Special Events Coordinator for a local non profit. Please accept our sincere apology, current events in New Orleans has had a strong impact on this event as well as events hosted by other local and national non profits - so we are all branching out into new territories. We were not trying to abuse your board; a volunteer discovered your site and thought your group would join us if you know about our event- no harm intended. We are only trying to make our need known and hope the community will still support our efforts.

Stanford Settlement is in Sacramento

We have received advertisement (all but one was comp’ed) from the Natomas Journal and Catholic Herald, Sacramento Bee and a host of television and radio community boards.
