Replacement Copags

I had one of my Copags :Qh get bent during a game and it now has a very noticeable crease down the middle. I don't think I actually bought them from COPAG but I need to replace the card. I contacted COPAG and they will replace the card for $3 if I send them a SASE and a check for the $3. My question is: Is this the easiest way of replacing the card?

Yes. I've sent them replacements (actually to KEM some time back) and they just sent me a new card and the 3 bucks back.

It's either that or buy a new setup and give that to the old peoples home (who can't see that well)

Hey, you knock it, but it's a tax write off as a donation!
LOL!! Actually with the way I play and the way my eyesight is headed I should probably go ahead and just use these the way they are!!

Thanks for the info!

Taking to copagcards.com, they told me to send a SASE plus cash, but that's impossible when you live in another country. I put it on the back-burner that I would get US stamps the next time I was in country...

Recently, I discovered a dual deck set I had was "bleeding"...

When I called to ask about what I could do, I was referred to copagusa.com for my complaint and told to just ship the deck as complete as possible (all cards, case, etc.) and they would look at it and replace it. I decided at the last minute to throw the marred cards into the pack (along with a replacement card form with a note of explanation) and get them replaced at the same time.

In my haste, I forgot to include any cash for the single cards. I contacted my customer service rep and she responded,

"Copag USA provides individual replacement cards at no charge to the consumer. Therefore, we do not expect you to send us any funds. However, some of our distributors do charge for this service."

True to her word, I received my replacement deck yesterday, the two replacement cards, and a single deck for my troubles. All I paid was postage to get the decks down to USA.

WOULD BUY FROM SELLER AGAIN! A++++

The last time I played, I noticed the exact same bleeding problem on both of my decks. Do you recommend that I call them first, or just ship the decks to them with a letter?
Awesome stuff man. Glad to hear it all worked out, and that you got my card replaced for free too. It's nice to see a company taking pride in what it does and have great customer service as well.
Definitely!

My paranoia suggests to call first: the most notable thing Copag announces is the single card replacement. Their web site suggests deck replacement if more cards are sent, however.

But contact copagusa.com instead of copagcards.com.
