(hey, my kicker beat SB's kicker).
I think that's the thing that puzzles me th most about that hand. How much money does a guy have to call that kind of betting with a Q6? I mean, when you shoved he had KK66A. With all that betting and raising before the flop, just what exactly did he think he was ahead of or was gonna be ahead of? The best card he could of caught on the river was another 6 to give him 666KK. He doesn't think that SOMEONE has one K? I can almost see it (assuming it had been free to play the hand to that point) if he had QQ or 66. At least he had the top pair not on the board or a shot at quads, but Q6? My god, that is just insane.....

In your spot, you just have to believe that they each had an Ace-big (AQ, AJ) hand. The more I think about that hand the more sick I get about it - and I wasn't even there!

No, the board was a rainbow. He had two pair. K's and 6's. Don't know what he was thinking either.

And I guess that BB was thinking I was on CRACK when I shoved. (with him sitting on A's full)

HIS call I can understand - it would have been easy to put you on AK. Which of course he was ahead of at the time. That was one of those hands that one of you 2 were going to be unlucky to have lost. He got very lucky, but it's hard to imagine mucking his hand on your shove either. Would you have laid down AAAKK in that spot? You weren't pushing the betting, so he could have easily even put you as little as 66.

But the Q6? I mean he didn't even bet it out trying to bluff. That, at least I can understand. (Would havebeen real bad timing, but at least that makes sense. Even if we forgive him all the other poor calls and bets he made prior to your shove - to call $6500 with that hand?

That's worse than many of the bonehead plays I see at the kiddy tables....

I have been reading this whole thing with amazement. Firstly at the moxy it took for Quads to even sit down with the "Big Boys". Secondly, at the statement that Annie (Mama) made about the most excitement....her and I will talk about that later. Whether she's right or wrong is irrelevant at this point. Thirdly and most importantly the knowledge he walked away from the experience with. I have already told the story five times just today!!

My hats off to you bro!! Not sure I will ever be in that position but just hearing about made my nuts shrivel......good job!!

Hey Quads -

With all the excitement, did you happen to notice Q6's reaction to your two monsters? Did he have a clue?
