I've never played with Milano's but I have about 1000 Skulls. I like them. My friends like them. I recognize they're not the coolest chips out there and for the price there may be other options, but I'm not disappointed with mine.
Get samples - if the Milano's have the china clay smell, its a deal breaker for me.
I've sold several sets of china clays because of the stink.
I still have a large set of the CPS china clays I use for bigger tournaments, and I'd love to fully replace with the set of Atlantic Club CPC's I've been building simply because of the smell but the price per chip is hard for my wallet to deal with.
