That's good shit!
I love a guy that measures how long it takes him to complete a SNG by beers....

How long were you there?
Oh, I guess about 3 or 4 beers.

Reminds me of the good old days when we used to judge road trips by how many beers it would take us to get there.

"How far is San Fransisco?"
"Oh, about a six pack."

Sweet......

drunk poker

I guess this is where we post our drunk online poker success. I downed 2 tall cans of bud ice and wasnt quite satisified, 5 shots of tequila later and i was feeling great. The sit n go was kind of hazy and i do remember being heads up and only having about 10% of the chip count. Not sure if it was dumb drunk luck or great play(probably the latter) but i ended up taking it

It’s good to hear that I’m not the only one who likes to get shit faced and play online poker! Although it can be a very dangerous activity!
Friday night after consuming about 8 beers I was feeling pretty good. I had just finished my beer and I was in the middle of trying to play 3 SNG’s. This is when my night turned to disaster!
I couldn’t bare to sit there staring at the screen with out a beer in my hand. I was left with 2 options. Scream for the wife to hurry up a get me a beer, or make a quick running dash to the kitchen like I routinely have done on so many occasions.
I screamed for the wife like I was some kind of wounded animal, but all I heard back was something about being a lazy piece of shit. I decided I couldn’t wait any longer and ran for the kitchen.
I busted out of my office ran to the kitchen and had my bottle of Becks opened and in my hand in about 10 seconds flat (And my wife thinks I’m lazy? This should be an Olympic sport).
As I’m sprinting back, my left foot caught the edge of the rug and I landed face first in the hallway. Of course my main objective on the way down was to save my beer not my face. It was a good impact on the hard wood floor and unfortunately I ended up losing more then half my beer!
Now what I did next got me band from online poker. I immediately got up and ran to finish my SNG’s. I ended up making $150 but the wife was pissed and has now cut me off from online poker. Oh well, I guess you will see me at the Black Sheep!

Beer + Cigar + Intarweb poker = good times!

Went from $1.85 to about $8.50 or so. Decided to buy into a sit-n-go (tourney) for $5.00 + .50c. Well, the cards were good to me - and my decision making was correct, and I ended up shaking it down.

About an hour into it, there were 4 of us left - and the 3 other players' chips combined wouldn't have been 1/2 my stack LOL!

It was a good nite @ the tables I tell yah. Just wish I could do this more often.
