Short and (not so) sweet report - I spent 5 hours dragging all of 3 pots (2 of which were $10 pots and the third would have been a great pot if I'd of had few more chips).

Colder than ice, still. Unreal. J4o, K2o, 93o all day long. Brutal. The few limpers that I got were always met with a raise or missed the board so far that I didn't even have a dream to chase. Pretty aggressive table, so I had to pretty much wait for pretty solid hands. I got exactly 3 hands that I would have raised with in the right situations:
- AK in late pos that I did raise with, but laid it down to a very strong raise by a pretty tight player in one of the blinds.
-AQ in SB. Just limped and missed bad.
-99 in BB. 7 or 8 limpers and my stack wasn't big enough to scare the whole field away. In hindsight, I probably could have taken the pot by playing it stronger, but my crystal ball didn't give me that indication, so I limped, missed and ended up seeing the river with 2nd best hand.

At least there were no rediculous beats involved (not hard to do when you can't get involved). Bled away $120 over 5 hours. At least I didn't lose much tipping the dealers....

Ugh. Unbelievable that I could can run 2 whole months this cold, but I guess it happens. It's even more painful, when you watch a guy sit down and triple up in 30 minutes, but nothing I could do about that. Just tried to be patient and play the game. I guess I'm ready for a new poker year. It seems to me that it was about this time last year that I went through the same crap. Gotta be a coincedence, but still kind of freaky.

After playing other NL games around with the same or less drive, I honestly don't know what could convince me to play that game much, if ever again. There is so much better action and players in other card rooms.

5 hours without a playable hand?

You a little rocky?

There are no other 1/2 games anywhere besides one of our garages. You have to know by now that I'm not ready for a bigger game.

You a little rocky?
As rocky as required. Seriously, I'd get 1 unsuited gapper (under 9s) every 2 orbits which I wasn't going to go into a pot with at least one raise in front of me or from early position. Other than that it was a steady diet of absolute crap. Even you wouldn't have played most of the crap I was getting. I swear I got J3o 3 hands in a row. The raises that came from the solid players were worth respecting and the ones that came from the splashy boys would basically force a showdown (aggressive calling stations? go figure). Most of the few Aces I got were naked and in early pos. Muck, muck, muck.

Right now, even I am looking for reasons to get involved, but common sense is still required. The "big" pot that I won came after calling a raise with 87o! Got lucky and flopped the nuts, doubled up my $45 thanks to the guy behind me who was on the buy most of the time. He wouldn't have called my c/r if if he didn't "have to". Sure there were a few hands that I would have drug had I had a crystal ball that showed me how the hand was going to play out and what cards were coming, but I would have been there about an hour if I would have tried to overplay my crap. Just wasn't gonna happen.

Not looking for any pity or anythinig, just reporting the facts, maam.
