I've never played in such a game. Seems like it would alter players style against this one person. Or make them more of a target (fair/unfair?). Perhaps a secret bounty, known only to the tournament director (non-playing of course). When that person is bounced then the bounty is paid, either at face value in cash or 2X in tournament chips (?).
