Default Stolen images of poker tables?

Gents,

I came across a local table builder who is using a picture from a builder in California. I am not sure I if the original owner of the image gave the local builder permission (I emailed the owner and I am waiting for a reply).

Here's what I found on the builders website in Michigan:

(Hosted by me on Photobucket to avoid false accusations)

Here's the original:

I started looking at the other images on the site and they don't have the same backdrop. I wonder if the rest of the images may be leeched too... I don't recognize the other images, but I figured if anyone would, it'd be you guys.

Here are pics of the other tables listed on the site (again, hosted by me on photobucket). Check out the pics below and if you recognize any, please post there original location on the site of the owner of the image.

This one looks very familiar. Possibly from the old place? I'm pretty sure I've seen this pic before. I'll try to dig it up.

His website says he built that one for a local guy...which makes sense, given the old English D in centerfield...

The last two were posted over at the other place, the last one being the most recent. The builder is from Calif and has a number of the pictures you have posted above on his site. Looks like the other guy is stealing to me, unless he has his permission.

The owner of the red table confirmed that no permission was given. Additionally, it was brought to my attention that the Michigan builder was a member of SKPT's (still is, presumably)...

As uncovered by HPT:

By the way, the above octogon and the original red table are both shown (same pics) over at HPT. Knowing Barry, I know he got permission from the builders to use the images.

Now, lemme see... if I take Barry's images and stretch them to the size shown on the leecher's webpage...

You could get it from the leeched pictures, now that it was confirmed that the red table was used without permission, but...
