Re-purposing of a metal garage

Hi,

I have a metal garage outside my house. It is a relic of the past and I should have written "garage". It is basically a metal shed with nothing but space inside and my father used to keep car in there. It did provide a shelter from rain and snow (but not really cold). I now have some time on my hands so I wanted to do something about it. I wonder if I should just destroy it and build a brick shed that would work as a garage and a workshop at the same time or crank up the difficulty level to 2000 and work with that metal ugliness. But can I find a way to connect water and electricity to that thing, that is a question.
