 Well, so far so good. Today is actually the 3 day anniversary of when I bought it in 2015. The appraiser is heading over today, and we wait to see what the outcome is. Shouldn't be an issue, as Zillow has it in their Zestimate as what I am asking - and it doesn't include the hot tub I am leaving..... Septic was pumped, and needed a few hundo to get repairs done - and the county signed off on the transfer of sale. Need to get the furnace serviced by a licensed professional... lol - so the company I am working for (who also installed it 3 years ago) is heading out Tuesday for that. Won't be any issues! Hopefully I will be closing prior to 2 weeks from today once everything has been done.

Yesterday my fiancé and I celebrated no longer owning the home as it officially became the new owners! Definitely a good day.
