3.5 years and it’s almost complete....
And I’m starting to move out tomorrow! I’ll post some before and after pics from the realtor pics that will be taken in a few days.
Complete paint inside and out - except for the ceiling in the hall bathroom. New windows, flooring (except the bedrooms), trim and doors, new upper kitchen upper cabinets and I removed the fireplace and made it into the entertainment center. Complete redo on the landscaping as well! So excited to be done - but wished I had completed it a while ago. Oh well, we get keys tonight to the new place, which I’m stoked about.

Well, got the house on the market Thursday morning. Spent all day Wednesday finalizing stuff until midnight. Pretty pleased with the outcome and transformation.

2 offers came in tonight. Full asking price for the first offer, $7K over for the second one. But, the second offer asked for $7K in closing costs, and a closing date further out. Hope to decide tomorrow morning after getting some clarification on both.

Well, just for word that offer 2 said full asking price, no additional closing costs from me, and close by Oct 5th. I’m a happy person tonight

what a huge change in your place!! i'm not gonna lie, as i was scrolling down and hit pic #9 (the empty bedroom with the plant in the corner) i was soooooo hoping that pic #10 was going to be the same empty bedroom but with a huge fully grown 6'-7' tall plant! ha! ...but that's just my dumb sense of humour! congrats on the upcoming sale - hope everything goes smoothly for you!
