Monoprice in wall speakers

So, I need to get speakers for the media wall I'm building. I don't want to spend a lot, since I will be selling once it's done (planned to flip). Box stores want TOP $ for their stuff on the shelf, which is more than likely better than the cheaper stuff.... But, for $30 Monoprice has a center channel speaker, and I can get side wall speakers for $30.... If I don't turn the sound system way up, why would I want to spend more money?

Anyone have any luck with the cheaper speakers from Monoprice?
