Default First try at lobster

We took a little trip to the western Caribbean back in June. Ate lots of shrimp and lobster on the cruise ship. Thought Id give it a try at home.

First try with lobster on the Weber Q

Well see how it turns out

Yeah it's really not difficult but it cooks super fast. I thought you might have problems when I saw you'd put them on at the same time as the steak. I usually cook min for 2 min on the first side and then 60-90 seconds on the 2nd side on a pretty hot grill. They continue to cook a bit after you take them off. I like to get them when they are on sale and in season, otherwise I can't justify the cost. I like them, but not as much as I like a good steak!

Looks deelish! They get tough if cooked too long, but they still taste good!
