There's a reason. I had gastric sleeve surgery on 12/11 and I'm only allowed to eat foods of liquid or pureed consistency for the first 3 weeks. On Tuesday, 1/2 I can move to "soft" foods (defined as can be cut with a fork). I can't have meat such as steak until 6 weeks.

LOL I was mostly just busting your chops. I actually love me some creme brulee. Hope he surgery went well and you have great long term results.
