Capitals Logo?
This seems rather complex and I'm unsure if it's doable as drawn.
 Ref. No rush. Kid is thinking of spending his own bucks on it but he might balk when he sees the real price

With a few minor modifications I can make this about 18". $130
A 34" signs would be MUCH MUCH more. Shipping costs alone....
