Gene from ABC also bought an ass load of brand new chipco's cheap on ebay. Check with him on a price I suppose, I know he auctioned one already (see thread in his forum here).
They are tourney chips and a little funky looking, but certanly nice enough. As far as chipco's themselves, I feel there are about as nice as anything else out there. People who use mine and are not "chip snobs" have good things to say. I personally like playing with them as much as any chip I have used.

I know you guys hate on chiptalk but there are lots of opportunities for cheap chips over there. The chiproom warehouse is like 15 minutes from my house, I have got to see it sometime. It is such a buyer's market now, nothing is worth anything (except old rare chips I suppose).

I don't know but I would be down for a field trip of sorts. He literally received crates of new and used Paulson's last month. He has put pics up at Chiptalk. I will ask him if he would let a group of us go. We could throw down some poker at my place (or better yet Slev's cuz he has a keg) afterward. A few years ago I was going to stop by but never did.

Also OP if you are interested Detroid Dad (Bill) is selling the chips that Slev is making a thinly veiled joke about above over at homepokertourney.com. They are nice chips and at a good price for skulls.

But make sure you have 100W bulbs (MINIMUM) in your lighting fixtures, especially if it's the only light in the room...unless your 29" tube television gives off some serious light. Although, I hear those coal mining headlight lamps are pretty cheap these days.

Yes, give him a call...it's about time I own a set of good chips. I'm more than open for hosting if it sweetens the pot on him letting us in the "Chip Vault"
