Recipe: Smoked Caramel Apples - Cougfan

Smoked Caramel Apples, Cougfan
I core out my apples leaving the bottom still intact. Drop a caramel in followed by a mixture of brown sugar, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Next I drop a slice of butter in followed by two more caramels with more of the sugar mixture put in to top them off. Smoke with apple wood for about an hour at 270 with the water pan half filled with apple juice
