Well I don't have any plans, if thats what you were looking for. Sorry. I kind of just built it as I went along. I can take some pics of the way I joined the 2x4's, pics of the bar nose, etc., but I dont really have more than that.

Before bar nose the plywood was stacked, then oak was put on the very top to be stained ebony. Just enough of a gap was left for sliding the glass between the barnose and oak top.

Similar to wainscoting but planks, not panels. The inside is unfinished. I have a small fridge in there as well extra beverages / bar snacks, etc. I have a black cloth draped across the back to cover everything up.

It's been about 2 years in the making and I love hangin' out in there. It's where we end up after a ride with my buddies and where we watch football on Sundays. The Seahawks are always a priority, but any game will do, even the Steelers:eek:

I agree about the futon, it sucks. But it was free and new when I got it. I can feel the metal bars under the cushion now and need to get rid of it. I've been looking for a black leather couch on Craigslist but haven't found a cost/pickup location combo I can live with yet.

It's indoor/outdoor carpet. I was gona do VCT but decided the carpet would be ok since I dont park a car in there, just the bikes. It made the garage warmer in the winter but no need for heat or A/C really. Not here in So Cal. It gets just cold enough where a sweatshirt is all I need most of the time, even with the garage door wide open. I did buy a window type A/C for the summer and I roll it around on a cart. It's not perfect but can take the hottest day and make it almost bearable with the door open.

No. I sold it at Carmax over a year ago. Miss it a bit, but I wasn't driving it.

I bought a Toyota Tacoma X-Runner instead which was way more fun to drive, especially in the twisties. My buddy has an S2000 and his car club went up Palomar Mountain down near San Diego. I was albe to keep up in the truck. Total blast.

Since then, I sold the X-Runner and bought something with no balls that's far more practical. I'm currently on a hunt for a project vehicle instead.

It was definitely much better before they moved it to Pomona. I will go and check out the vendor area next year, but probably not do the ride. It really depends on who the band is going to be.
