I have the second one you have linked. I picked it up at lowe's 2 years ago and it works well enough. I've loved every peice of meat I've pulled off it from turkey to chicken to brisket to pork butt. My only complaint is the walls are a little thin so when it's cold, heat regulation can be a bit of a bitch. Also if it gets knocked around in storage alot it can get warped out of shape so you have to take a little time to get bent back round. The first smoked you have linked is the one I'm thinking about upgrading too. Apparently both Ace Hardware and Bass Pro Shops carry it. If you decide to purchase one I'd definitly get it from one of these places. They charge less than directly from Brinkmann and they also will deliver it to your local store so you don't have to pay shipping.

We have a BPS Outdoor World here in cincy so they carry all their smokers in house. When I was up there last to look at this one they were out so I didn't get to see it in person.

I'm very happy with my Weber Smokey Mountain smoker.
