Cuz we just got back from Cabelas where I "had" gift certificates. I walked out the door with a Bradley electric smoker.

I'm stoked, and will be taking recipes in this thread.

Youuuuuu SUCK :P. My Wife was acutally drooling over one of those at Bass Pro Shop the other day. She was like "Why don't you just get one of these?". Then I flipped up the price tag. That pretty much shut her up. They are nice though, auto fed smoke disks. Admittedly it takes some of the "fun" out of it for me but when you're going for volume, ease and consistency of product they would be hard to beat.

Awesome, I have one. They are amazingly simple to get good results from. Which one did you get? I have the original, black, 4-rack one, but have been drooling over the stainless, 6-rack, with the electronic controls.

My wife told me to get the Little Chief guy for 99 bucks, but when she noticed how flimsy it was said something like "it's your money, you do what you want". I don't mind having some of the fun taken out of it, as I've never had one before, so this will be pretty cool for me.

We are looking forward to having some smoked fish, chicken, beef, etc..

Pretty funny, last night got home from the store at 6pm, had some brats that I want to smoke later this week and wifey asked why I wasn't hooking up and smoking them right then and there.

Sounds like the one that I got - the black one with the 4 racks! The stainless was about $200 more than mine ($249.00 on sale). I'm pretty stoked!
