A bit of info:
Fully finished basement. MUST keep kids/toy area. We really don't think we're optimizing the space the way we could be. I would like to add a wet bar to the area where the fridge is currently. I've had water run to the area when we put in our bathroom down there. Currently there are kitchen counters and cabinets next to the fridge. I have no problem removing/moving them elsewhere. Dimensions for everything are pretty close. The sofa is currently directly in front of the closet doors and moved when needing to get to what's in the closets. Also, the sofa is not a MUST have, but I would like keep it... Anyway, any thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated. It's not too bad the way it is, but I really would love to have a dedicated bar there and not have to put the poker table up when not in use if possible. I suppose that's an option (my wife definitely would prefer that), but I worked hard on it and I'm proud of it and don't want to just put it away except when I have a game... Anyway, ask away, fire away, whatever...I appreciate it fellas...

First question is, do you have any room in the HVAC area that you could expand the living room into?

Also, would you keep the same fridge if you put in the wet bar?

There is absolutely no room for expansion. The basement was finished off with very little unfinished space.

The fridge is our old kitchen one. I have no issue replacing it even for a smaller one.

Yeah, I was thinking smaller fridge as part of the wet bar.

Not really sure what else to do. I don't like where the TV is set up. Can you get a good view from the couch?

I would rip out the cabinets, put in the wetbar with a smaller fridge, get ride of that one. Then maybe put the TV in the bottom left corner. Turn the table 90 degrees, then turn the couch 90 degrees to face the TV with the back towards the play area.

One thing I was thinking is getting a flat panel and putting it on the wall where the cabinets are now. Where the TV is now, is just kind of convenient as it's a big 36 inch tube.

Definitely go with the flatscreen.

turn the poker table 90 degrees....slide the couch over so it faces the TV directly. Put in some kind of room dividers*(portable) to separate off the kids play area....if it is removable you can then put in another table for poker if needed. Just my 2 cents worth.
