Timsta's heading over for dinner.
We put this menu together, seeing as he might be tapping the wifey tonight in the hot tub. Anyways, I'll explain that later. I'll give him the camera for the night, and whatever he takes picks of, I'll post.

Starters:
Drinks. Served in cups, with ice, and plentiful amounts of alcohol.

Al Fresca:
Garden Salad with your choice of dressing.

Main Course:
Asparagus Seasoned and Grilled to Perfection

Potatoes Au Gratin

Rib Eye Steak, Rustic Italian Seasoning and Grilled to Order (med-rare)

Sautéed Mushrooms

Red Wine (Cab), Specially Selected from our Private Collection.

My steak was cooked perfect in that pic, but it looks like canned mushrooms were used. That could kill the deal. And you can skip all that yellow and green stuff. Just the steak and mushrooms please.

Hey Q,

You mind sharing that Steak seasoning recipe? That looks home grown. I usually put on montreal steak seasoning and rub in some olive oil, let it soak in for a few hours.

You might've thought I was joking abot the Goat cheese above but I'm not. If you haven't tried throwing a little on, it's actualy quite good. I had it for the first time about 5 years ago at Bandera in Corona Del mar. It was a special of the night, a peppered bone in rib eye with mushrooms and goat cheese. It sounded gross at first but the waiter made me an offer i couldn't refuse... "try it out, if you don't like it, i'll give you a new one without the cheese, both on the house."

I've never looked back. I don't make it like that all the time. But probably 75% of the time. I had it last night. delicious!

The mushrooms were *NOT* from a can.
King- You got the recipe on it. Mont. Salt rub, olive oil, and I buy in bulk what's called "Italian Seasoning" which is marjoram, basil, oregano, and a few other herbs and use that for the last portion of it.
