Had this at someone's place once and they handed out recipes. Once I tried it I hovered over the bowl the entire night.

Best dip ever.

Serve with Fritos.

1 lb. crawfish tails peeled
1 lb. shrimp peeled/deveined 70/90 or 31/40 ct
1 lb. imitation crab/lobster combination
4 -8 oz blocks of cream cheese
1 32 oz jar of mayo
1 T cayenne pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
1 Zatarans Crab Boil Bag Seasoning (you can substitute, but this is the best)
1/2 cup of boiled/seasoned water

Bring water to boil with Zatarans and add shrimp & crawfish.
Melt cream cheese and mix with mayo and spices.

After 15 minutes of boiling strain crawfish and shrimp and save 1/2 cup of water. Chop seafood in bite size pieces and mix into cream cheese/mayo mix. Lastly add 1/2 cup of seasoned water. Cool in fridge.

This makes a lot.

no shit!
15 minutes of boling sounds excessive too.
The crawfish tails would have to be cooked already I assume..
what about the shrimp tails?

Boiling depends on whether stuff is frozen solid or fresh...
