After seeing Moddy's thread "If I live thru this..." I thought I would post this one.

Might be good for those that smoke pork butts to try.

Yum. I've put bacon on a rack above a pork butt or ribs so that the fat will drip down onto the dinner and help keep things moist and tasty. This looks good.
