Not sure if anyone is in the market for a new A/V receiver, but this is a really good deal on a really good receiver.

That is the one bad thing I think. Can't beat $250 off though, and Denon's are supposed to be really good, but I've never had one, or played around w/ one.

Denon av receivers are very nice. Here's the one I use daily:

Just saw that the other day when I stopped in to do a demo at Best Buy's Magnolia Home Theater department for a $10 off Blu-ray coupon (used that and a $5 Reward Zone certificate to get Incredible Hulk Blu-ray for about $12. HULK SMASH!)

Anyway, I love my Denon receiver, it's about 4 years old, paid about $850 for it. Don't know right off the top of my head what model it is...

It looks like a decent receiver, and might be a deal if it fits what you need. But for me:

No Dolby Digital Plus
No Dolby True HD
No DTS-HD Master Audio

=

NO SALE!

What about HD-Radio? I hear that is the wave of the future!

Seriously...any main-stream home receivers have HD-Radio? Would they even list it as a specification, if it was installed? Just curious.
