Man that burrito looks good.
Too bad its gotta be a pork product.
The resident bookie, Shadowsteinberggoldman and his recent conversion to Judiasm with that 20% vig. Looks like he's gonna be giving up pork and miss out on a free 2k

Ok here we go.
1st off this is with my camara on my phone so the pictures aren't that good.
recipe:
wing it , thats what I did!
bacon wrapped chicken.
seasoned chicken with cyan, garlic, S&P then wrapped in bacon :)
placed in oven for 40 minutes at 400F
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c147/hemps/Food0.jpg
Started some brown rice and then started to saute the rest of the bacon left in the package with some mushrooms and onions to mix with the rice.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c147/hemps/Food1.jpg
Pulled the chicken out of the oven and tossed in a hot pan for a quick secound to crisp up the bacon. The finished product.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c147/hemps/Food2.jpg
Made some green beans to go along with the rice and chicken.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c147/hemps/Food4.jpg
Forgot about the shocker so I had to do it with the leftovers cause the rest was in the belly.
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c147/hemps/Food6.jpg
Overall it was good. Cyan kind of killed the bacon flavor a little to much but the chicken was super moist and tasty.

Ya know if you'd grate those potatoes into a bowl of cold water, perferable with a squeeze of lemon juice in it, they'll stay white for you instead of the starch turning that nastry pinkish-brown color. All you have to do is drain them or spin them in a salad spinner before you use them to get the water off. I know you're just cooking them up so it doesn't matter too much but it will make them look a bit better and they'll brown up better.
