Just ordered these (http://txpokersupply.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=977) from Nick and was curious to see if anyone else here has used them.

In particular I'm trying to figure out what size hole saw to use on these 3" O.D. (according to Nick) stainless drop-ins.
For this particular application I'll be putting the cupholders in the rail, so I'm thinking I better do the 3 1/8" DeWalt hole saw (http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00998994000P?vName=Tools&cName=PowerToolAccessories&sName=Drill%20Bits&sid=IAx20071126x000005&aff=Y)in order to allow a bit of extra hole diameter (to accomodate the rail vinyl that'll be tucked inside).

You are probably safe with that. You want a little extra for the vinyl, etc. but not too much so they don't fit snug. I'd probably do a test / prototype hole to see what kind of results you get with that hole saw.

Oh yeah; I always do test mock-ups with scrap ply/foam/vinyl before commiting a rail.
Lord knows, don't wanna chew into my profit margin any more than necessary with something like another $46 piece of oak ply as a result of winging it.

Just got my DeWalt 3 1/8" hole saw & tested it out with a piece of scrap ply + a piece of Whisper vinyl: it is indeed the correct hole saw size for an in-rail TXPokerSupply.com 'large' drop-in install.
