The purple edge is way off, but other than that...

I like the design a lot.
What kind are those? Are they Chipcos or Sunflys with the shiny edges? If the latter, how do they stack up against your Chipcos? I have a set of NJ customs, but I'm a huge CI fan. I just like the way they feel.

These are textured Sunfly chips. As soon as they come in, I am going to try some on the Sunfly linen smooth as I am not a big fan of the textured ones.

Up against the CI chips I have, disregarding the textured aspect, I think they are a great chip. But as most may find out soon this is a biased opinion at this point.

Wafflestomper is the designer and has a thread over on CT with this design and some things he is changing around.

I like but would perfer to see denoms on both sides. A smaller denom value could have been on the logo side.

Check around the faux inlay and you will see the denom on both sides

Fine design. But who the hell is Hoffa? Jimmy? I would be a lot more plussed if they were custom w/ Guma's or TarHeel's...

Ohh, I had to look really close to see the denom on the "text" side. It's spelled out. Cool. So the inlay is faux, meaning, aside from the subtle texture, the chips are smooth? If so, that's a pretty cool visual effect. Me likey!

Interesting inlay. I thought it was decorative markings. So, although denoms on both sides, I'm not a fan of the contrast on one. IMHO.

Yes, it is a ceramic chip so it is smooth, aside from the textured surface.

My overall impression. Meh.

But thats partly because the more I use clay the less I like ceramic.
