painfully simple:
1 8oz tube of crescent rolls or biscuts - Roll them out to fit into a pie pan(pre made pie crusts work just as well)
1lb sausage, browned and drained (what ever you like, I used spicy breakfast in a tube)
4 eggs beaten and seasoned to taste
1.5 cups shredded spuds
1.5 cups shredded cheese
put dough into pie pan, making sure you cover the edge
put the sausage, cheese and spuds in pan, pour in eggs.
bake 20-30 minutes in a pre-heated 375 oven.

Looks great Sky, you know I'm only an Hour or so from you, and you didn't call
I think I'll try that with a sub of half the sausage for Chorizo and half the Cheddar (I'm assuming) for Pepper Jack, Tex Mex Baby!

lol, that's what I thought it was, or maybe mayo. I made this a couple of weeks ago and it came out pretty good. Next time I'm going to use the crescent rolls, because last time my dumb ass got these huge oversize biscuits and had a few melt overs because the crust rose so much. The wifey had fun cleaning that out of the oven.
