This is more of an all-purpose room, rather than a man-cave, but there are elements no man-cave should be without!
First, the before pics (Yes, it WAS a dump!):

The work isn't done, as very little trim is done (office only) and no flooring or ceiling is done. But it is wired for cable, phone, and cat-5e in several places throughout the main basement area, the office has cable/phone/cat-5 on every wall, and there is plenty out electrical outlets (even though I still have to use power strips!
The office (I have since added a ceiling plus can lights for lighting, you can see plenty of outlets and cable/phone/network jacks, the wiring hanging from the wall is now tapped into a network and phone patch panel):

Nachos, plus beer on tag! The keg is kept in the fridge next to the tap. I drilled a hole in the side of the fridge and the cabinet and ran the beer line from the keg to the tap, plus added pipe insulation to help keep it cold in the line. It works great during the parties, but for once in a while use, you have to let the first several ounces of beer go to get to the cold stuff. Alternatively, you can cut a bigger hole in the side of the fridge and cabinet and run your beer lines through 3" or 4" vent piping and insulate that so that cold air from the fridge refrigerates the air inside the vent piping. But that makes moving the fridge (if you ever need to get behind it) much more difficult.
