I've had my kegerator for a couple years now but this last keg is nothing but head in every glass. I think my regulator is shot. I can't get the pressure down below 10psi.

Do you have a regulator on the kegerator? What number is the regulator showing? As you probably know, the regulator is the main factor in how carbonated your beer is.. Try turning it back to ZERO and then bleeding a lot of the pressure out of the keg (this can get messy). After it is mostly bled, try pouring a glass.. Then re-hook the gas up, and SLOWLY start to increase the pressure. Beer at serving temp is usually served between 9-11 lbs (depending on tube length and inside diameter)..

That's the problem, I can't get the regulator pressure down low enough. The regulator screw is maxed out.... out or in I can't remember but I've gone both ways and the pressure just won't go down below 10.

That doesn't sound good at all. New regulators are about $50

I can't imagine it is worth it to try and fix the thing. You are talking some very fine machinery tools. And the last thing you would want to do is test it, have it break, and fire pressurized Co2 out at 800PSI!!
