Best FREE program to assist me in running my tournament??

This weekend I am running a pretty big tournament (25 people), and I would like to use something to help coordinate blinds etc.

I have a big screen T.V. and if there is no such poker timer program then I will resort to a stopwatch on my computer and I will just have it count down every 20 minutes, then manually reset it but..

I know there are programs out there, I just cant find one that I can work and use. What program has like a timer and maybe some place where I can input values for the blinds of each round. And it has to be FREE!!
