I still have more work to do out here. Some more memorabilia ext...Plans are to put in central a/c and heat and make a loft out of the attic for my drunk buddies to crash in. I have a outside bathroom a few steps away from the front door of the ManRoom. Distant future plans are to connect the two buildings but for now it works.

Serious.... I was sold at the first picture.
I looked at that and though "There's all kinds of goodness in there!"

Nice man cave! Is that a separate / free standing building from the house, or connected through a door / hallway / etc.?

And did you build it yourself?

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks guys...I'm pretty happy with it right now. I've only been in the house about 6 months now. Never thought I would be this far along with it already. Glad I found you all on this forum.

Quads: Plans are to connect the two buildings later on. For now, it's free standing. The guy before me built it for a "fly fishing" room with all of the cabinets and what not. \

Don

My city's zoning will allow me to build a builing up to 170SF and 15 feet tall. What are the dimension and height of your building

I hope a man-sized stereo system is in the future plans... ;)

Very nice!

Really like the painting on the wall. Pardon my ignorance, who is this Phil guy? Friend or prominent artist? He did a bang up job!

Welcome to PMC

Each floor is 20X15 with 8 foot ceiling on the ground floor and 6 foot ceiling up top. Pitch of the roof is probably between 18 and 20 feet. Plans are to make it into a loft, put in a few more tv's (cable is already ran above the moon man) and beef up my sound system (thanks for the shout out craw). Any ideas on how to make a retractable poker table that comes down from the ceiling?? just a thought.

Guma-
Phil is a lifelong friend of mine as well as a prominent artist out of Austin, TX that flys around the country doing custom artwork for people. He's incredible at what he does. I can put in a good word for you if you need me to.
