Wow, I guess that's going to be a pretty well stocked bar.
AFAIC, I'd stock the basics:
Vodka
John blue and black
Vodka
Rum / Dark & light
Tequila
Jack
Makers Mark
Bombay Gin
Dry & Sweet Vermouth
Vodka
Segrams
Crown
and of course your basic mixers.
Tonic, soda, coke, etc.

We used to have like 6 bottles of run, 2 bottles of most main booze
I worked at a bar that closed & basically some of the last pay was in booze
I'm bumming that I sold some of the bar signs at a garage sale years ago
Not really any great ones...........

I've been slowly drinking down the supply
Not much room in the kitchen or anywhere else
So once the bottle is empty we don't buy any more
Now the great room is built - needs to be finshed
Figured I woudl start a list of what to buy

Wow! If I stocked that many different things they'd be serving many of those bottles at my wake decades (hopefully) from now!

Butterscotch schnapps??

I'm with Quads. KISS!

One vodka
One rum
4-5 types of scotch
4-5 other whiskies (couple American, an Irish, a Canadian)
Beefeater's Gin
sweet/dry vermouth
Triple Sec
One or two girlie things like Kahlua and Bailleys
small bottles of mixers

Obviously I'm a whisky guy

Looks like you've got all the girly-man liquors down. :D

You basic mixing rack would be inexpensive bottles of:

Vodka (Stoli/Popov)
Rum (Bacardi)
Gin (Seagrams)
Whiskey (Seagrams 7/Jack/Beam)
Tequila (Cuervo)
Triple Sec (Hiram Walker)
Sweet/Dry Vermouth

Start with that, make sure you have those covered. Then, depending on how much you're looking to spend, you start adding in your top shelf bottles, whatever you/your buddies like. I like to have at least one top shelf vodka, rum, bourbon, & whiskey on hand. Then, everything else you really cater to what you think you're going to be serving. I, like most above, have about 10 different kinds of whiskey & bourbon on hand. If you have scotch drinkers, have at least some dewars on hand, and preferably something a little nicer like a Balvenie or Glenlivet. If you have a lot of chics, then you can start adding more crap like peachtree schnapps and all that silly garbage. I think I have these others at my bar:

Captain Jack
Jagermeister
Kahlua
Disaronna
Wild Turkey
Grand Marnier
Chartreuse
Frangelico
