My Man Cave Plan - Seeking opinions and advice

Hey! I have finally have a plan drafted up for the beginnings of my man cave. Keep in mind it is nothing fancy... yet. Just the basic things you need to get a man cave going. I have started a blog which includes my before pictures of the room (which is full of junk) a scaled draft of my plan (done on online software) a description, budget, and date for completion. It might be a little bit simple, but it is a starting point. After all, you can only afford so much when you are starting out in your first home.

I would really appreciate any comments, ideas or whatever some of you more experienced man cave owners would have to share, or even some ideas from those of you who are just starting one yourselves.

Yeah I should get the elliptical out. I will eventually put more weight lifting stuff in there, once I can afford it.
