I'm thinking about ordering this router from Airmiles. I have enough miles so this will be free but I want to make sure it's a good device. Does anyone have any experience with it, or have any comparisons to similar models? Should I save my miles for something else and just buy a Porter Cable?

I have a 3-1/2hp milwaukee, 2-1/4hp milwaukee, and the 3-1/2hp Porter Cable. The PC is mounted in the router table, the big Mil is mounted in the shopbot, and the smaller Mil is my handheld router. I prefer the Milwaukees any day. The depth adjustments are some of the best, they're quieter, they're reliable.

I wish I could have the big Mil in the router table because of the depth adjustment, but I like having the quieter motor in the Shopbot which can run for hours at a time.

You can't go wrong with Milwaukee routers...
