Question about Delta FL sub floor?

i am going to be finishing my basement. i am planning on putting delta fl. with OSB on top. should i frame in the walls prior to laying down the Delta FL? or should i lay the floor and build the walls on top?

Walls first, then floor.
The biggest reason for this is expansion is that the floor will be able to move as needed and not be weighted down by the wall.
You'll run your flooring out +/- 1/4" from the wall, and trim everything in once you're done.
